I wish that I could find my Penny Hardaway jersey from 8th grade.
Maybe then I'd have something to talk about, when people look my way.
But for now, I just say "Yeah," nod, and look away.
Cuz all of the dudes, think I like to drink beer, smoke cigarettes, and talk about women that I'd like to do.
And here in the 21st century, girls care more about sports than anything I'm remotely interested in.

And I don't know where to start, conversation never used to be this hard.
Report cards said "wont shut up," now I never know if I've said too much, or not enough.
I just say "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah"

I'd be more inclined to participate in your fantasy league, if there were more fantasy elements implemented in it.
But no one has the time to entertain my pontification on the difference and definitions.
Discouraged by the glazed over eyes of kind hearted folk, asking me about my weekend and the music that I like.

And I don't know where to start, conversation never used to be this hard.
Dialogue is difficult to spark when your only correspondence is via machines.
You forget how to emote appropriately without semicolons and parenthesis.
